DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Woodside Photography requires a $50 deposit
to hold your appointment. This deposit is applied to your session
fee, the balance of which must be paid in full at your session.
RESCHEDULING
Woodside Photography allows one cancellation
with fewer than 24 hours notice. Thereafter, $50 is added to the session
fee for each cancellation with fewer than 24 hours notice.
RETAKES
Retake sessions resulting from photographer
error poorly exposed or out-of-focus photos,for instance are
done at no charge. If you request a retake due to wardrobe concerns,
facial expression, body language, hairstyle or other reasons outside
the photographer s control, a $50 fee is assessed.
ORDERS
Orders for prints must be in writing, include
a signature and be mailed, faxed or placed in person at Woodside Photography.
Order forms are available at the studio or can be downloaded online.
Online orders are not accepted. |
PAYMENT
Full payment is due upon placement of an order.Orders
may changed or canceled within 48 hours of placing it with no penalty.A
50 percent cancellation fee applies after 48 hours.
DELIVERY
Print orders are ready in three to four weeks.
For a rush fee, orders can be processed sooner. Woodside Photography
will notify you when your print order is ready for pickup at our studio.
We can have it delivered to your home for a modest shipping fee.
RETURNS
Return any unsatisfactory print(s) to Woodside
Photography within 30 days of our first notification that your order
is ready. We will either redo the print(s) or issue a refund for the
print(s). After 30 days, Woodside Photography is no longer obligated
to redo or refund the disputed print(s).
REPRODUCTION
All images are copyrighted by Woodside Photography
and cannot be reproduced in any form without written consent from
Woodside Photography. |
